Communication
Introduction
Effective Communication is key in the logistics and marketing world because it can make or break many deals and lead a person to the top, just by communicating effectively. However, the opposite is also true. Most errors in the logistics environment can be traced back to miscommunication or misunderstanding. They can cost millions of dollars in lost time and materials.

Maintenance/Repair Staff | These employees are responsible for repairing and setting up equipment. They are crucial to the logistics process so they must be updated with the most accurate information regularly. |
Supervisors | It is important to provide supervisors with the most accurate and up-to-date information because they are the person in charge. They need this precise information to be able to make an informed decision. |
